Beamer was a blue shark that used to enjoy swimming in the chilly waters off Montauk, New York. Last year, Beamer began swimming south towards the Caribbean and made it to the eastern Antilles by Christmas. Mobile customers of ICE, Costa Rica’s largest wireless carrier and former telecommunications monopoly, will experience extended periods of service outages during the week starting September 1st, 2014. The affected services include Kolbi wireless voice and data plans as well as the ability to add funds to prepaid accounts.
