On the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, the largest town in the Puntarenas province and the capital city is Puntarenas.
Puntarenas city is a port that receives cruises and is located in the Gulf of Nicoya. Some points of interest are the Marine Park of the Pacific which has an aquarium with turtles, seahorses and crocodiles. You can also take a tour to the House of Culture which has an exhibition of works of art, museum and an theater.
