Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. December 3, 2013 – The first-ever resort lifestyle residential project to bring the standards of quality in Las Vegas to Costa Rica is only a year away from completion. A newly-released video report on the progress of Croc’s Casino Resort in Jaco Beach features developer Rory Hascall explaining his vision in detail, and it also brings to mind the new opening date: December 15, 2014, clearly ahead of schedule.

The new video shows stunning aerial vistas of the 17-story Croc’s Casino Resort tower under construction and right in front of the Pacific ocean. The construction cranes are already several meters higher than the surrounding hotels and condominium towers. The oceanfront location is among the best in Jaco Beach; one can only imagine the view that hotel guests and condominium unit owners at Croc’s will be able to enjoy.

For those not familiar with this premier resort development project in Costa Rica, here are some quick figures on Croc’s Casino Resort at Jaco Beach and its amenities:

  • 17-story building right on the beach
  • 152 hotel rooms
  • 44 condominium units
  • Full Las Vegas-style casino, the first of its kind in Costa Rica
  • Luxury spa
  • Salon
  • Fitness center
  • Dance club
  • 3 restaurants
  • Oceanfront bars
  • Retail stores

Rory Hascall explains the motivation behind Croc’s Casino Resort. First of all, this is a family business. His cousin Dag Hascall is the owner who intends to keep the business in the family. For this reason, Rory Hascall intends to make Croc’s a family-friendly destination in Jaco Beach. This is something that the local community has been working on in the last few years; to bring back family values that are intrinsic to life in Costa Rica.

Croc’s Casino Resort is a dream that started when Dag closed the land deal in Jaco Beach. Since no one in Costa Rica had managed to bring Las Vegas resort-style living to Costa Rica before, Rory figured he could help in this regard. What has helped him advance this dream is the culture and pristine environment of Jaco Beach, two aspects of life he intends to respect and preserve with the development of Croc’s.

The sales office at this ambitious project has been busy, and it is easy to understand why: Croc’s Casino Resort is a true value proposition for those who enjoy resort-style residences. Another reason is that Croc’s has enormous potential in the burgeoning real estate market of Jaco Beach. Assuming that property owners are real estate investors at heart, home shoppers interested in owning a piece of Croc’s should be pleased to know that there is a great possibility of solid value appreciation here.

Rory Hascall finishes the video with a question that is axiomatic in real estate: Given the opportunity, why would house hunters not buy property at Croc’s Casino Resort in Jaco Beach?
