Costa Rica News – Costa Rica might be actually trying to go after that carbon neutrality goal set for 2021.  The only problem is it seems the private sector will have to lead the way as the Costa Rican government is failing in it’s part. Costa Rica News – There are many side of the story when it comes to illegal shark finning in Costa Rica.  The question out there now that needs to be answered is not whether or not the Costa Rican government is involved but how high up does it go?
