During a recent trip to Jaco, I learned about a free community newspaper called The Jaco Journal, photo herein. Print media is not doing very well as an industry globally, as everyone moves online and uses smart phones, however hyper local print newspapers will always have a marketplace and locals will read them in volume.
Especially a great service like this in English for expats and English speaking foreigners who live and vacation in Jaco.
