Tennis Club Quepos Manuel Antonio Costa Rica

In this new center, two tennis courts, a clubhouse, swimming pool, a gym and cafeteria will be created. This club will allow regional people and homeowners to enjoy the scene. Richard Lemire decided to create a new sports center in the residence Palmas Pacifica where twenty five houses and forty apartments will be built to be sold. This is a club which will host national and international tennis players from Costa Rica and abroad. The construction of the tennis club is finished, ready to play and the pool in March two thousand twelve.

All around the property is virgin forest trails holding that reveals the location and the variety of wildlife living around it. Earlier in the property, the view of the mountains meet the ocean is a place of paradise! The place is indeed thrilling and best for a mix of sport, recreation and observation of the majestic nature of Costa Rica. At Palmas Pacifica, it is possible to see Titi monkeys, sloths and howler, capuchins, squirrels, coatis, raccoons, iguanas, and extra than three hundred fifty species of birds and other animals. The new tennis club will be a way to be active but likewise a place of relaxation in rhythmic sound of birds and nature.

There is no mall or massive supermarket, but there are all current products. Close Palmas Pacifica (3 km), lies the village of Quepos, which is close to the beach of Manuel Antonio.

The materials used for construction will be completely recycled. The soil concerver a natural surface (clay court), essential for a quality tennis games. The club will have solar panels and recycling facilities. Rainwater will be collected and the clear water and sewage separate. With an abundance of wildlife and Flora living around the premises, this facility must be consistent with ecological and nature. The builder of the project, Mr Auberson knowledge in both construction and sports management as it is currently president of the sports committee of the Tennis Club of Geneva, the biggest club in Switzerland and Director of Tennis Tournament International since one thousand nine hundred seventy. The sports center will be built in the traditional way and respecting the environment by Daniel Auberson. He has over twenty years knowledge in property development and construction.
